The Jude Morris Racing Foundation announces it’s supported riders for the 2022

The foundation announces it’s supported riders for the 2022 motocross season

After receiving over 300 applications; watching 50 riders at tracks across the UK and conducting zoom interviews with the riders and their parents, the foundation is pleased to announce our supported riders for the coming season are:

COMPETING IN:Revo British Youth Championship and BSMA National Championship

This year Freddie’s aim is to take the number 1 spot in the British Youth Motocross Championship in the auto class.  Failing that he will set his sights on the number 1 spot for the BSMA National Championships. He also plans to race at club level and win a club championship title as well.

Finlee is going to be super busy and his goal for 2022 is to finish in the top 3 of every championship he’s enters. He’s looking forward to an exciting season as he not only competing on his petrol bike but also as he embarks on a new adventure on board the KTM SX E5 attending indoor Supercross events in Europe.

COMPETING IN: Revo British Youth Championship, BSMA Apico National and Bridgestone British Masters

In 2021 Cohen competed in the British Revo championships where he become British auto Champion. Cohen also competed in the BSMA Apico National Championships where he also become BSMA auto champion.

Cohen’s goals are to win and train hard, he said  “I now it’s going to be a tough season as being one of the youngest in the 65cc group but I’m ready 💪. Also I’m looking forward being part of the JMR FOUNDATION #jmr101”

COMPETING IN: Bridgestone British Masters and Revo British Youth Championship

Harley competed in the nationals for 2021 where he achieved some great results. For the upcoming 2022 season he has managed to secure some amazing sponsors and, with their backing, he is really excited for the season to begin. This year he will also be taking part in any local races I can fit in in-between the nationals.

Harley’s goal for 2022 is to gain more confidence and to try his best to win the red plate. He knows this year will be a tough year – the 65 class is really stacked with fast riders but he’s looking forward to racing.

Riley’s got a busy season ahead of him. His goals for 2022 are to come top 10 in the BYN and Masterkids. To podium at Weston Beach Race and 90s. To develop his riding skills and confidence so that he can go to the line being able to say “I can win this” and believe it.

Ryan started racing in 2016.  He won the White Rose auto championship 2019 and he finished 14th overall Bridgestone British Masters 2021.

Blake’s goal for 2022 is to be on the podium every round and ultimately be champion in his second year on the 85SW. Back from injury, Blake is more dedicated and focused than ever. He is the 85SW Kensworth club champion, Compass cup champion, came 4th in the Bridgestone British Masters and 7th in the Revo BYC.  He wants to be on a supported team that will help him become a British champion and European rider.

Libby has been riding/racing since she was 4 years old, she started off at club level and progressed to Nationals last year, where she became British girl 85sw champion in the Revo British Championship and came 10th overall in the Bridgestone British Masters. Libby said “I live for riding/racing; I love nothing more than being at the track and hitting jumps.”  Libby’s goal for this year is to improve her overall in the BW class and to take home the BW number 1 at girl nationals.

Bayley’s goal is to get stronger and more confident on his new beast of 125cc bike, he expects to be mid pack but his aim is to be in the top 10. He was going to do his final year on the 85BW in 2022 but while away riding in Spain with the RMJ Rookie Academy he decided to make the jump to a 125cc because of this last minute decision he will focus on racing at Kensworth Schoolboy Club to build strength, technique, speed and confidence on the 125cc before he tries to compete at National level. Bayley plans on seeing how he goes and he maybe enter as a wild card in some rounds at the Nationals to push himself.
