Mark is an ex-chef who worked at The Dorchester, Gleneagles,The Savoy and a number of Michelin starred restaurants.

Mark founded The Staff Canteen in 2008; The Staff Canteen is now the number one platform for chefs in Europe.

As Jude’s dad, Mark spent any free time with Jude – either driving, being chief mechanic or holding out a pit board. Mark and Jude were without doubt one of the best teams in British Motocross.
